When you publish, cite or forward a Byt-Wyze output you must not remove uncertainty measures, alter figures, or describe a probabilistic result as a certainty. Research-tier API users must cite Byt-Wyze as the source, as set out in the API Terms.

We may investigate suspected breaches and, where warranted, throttle usage, revoke API keys, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and report matters to the relevant authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may also be pursued as a breach of contract.

• Make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human review.
• Infer emotions, perform biometric categorisation, or operate social-scoring systems.
• Extract, reverse-engineer or replicate our models, parameters or training material, including by systematic querying of the APIs.
