Byt-Wyze and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the website, product interfaces, source code, algorithms, models, parameter sets, datasets, documentation, research write-ups and visual identity.

BYT-WYZE and the Byt-Wyze crest, together with product names used on this site, are trade marks of Byt-Wyze. They may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or certification without written permission. Nominative reference in factual reporting or comparison is permitted.

Repositories we publish openly are governed by the licence file in each repository, which prevails over this notice for that code. Third-party open-source components used within our products remain subject to their own licences.

Our published research remains our copyright. Academic citation and short quotation are welcome with attribution and a link. Reproduction of substantial extracts, figures or datasets requires permission.
