Every Byt-Wyze product is decision support. Each produces a measured, bounded result intended to inform a human decision. None is a substitute for professional, financial, legal, clinical or governmental judgement, and none should be operated as an automated decision-maker over individuals. These terms sit alongside the Terms of Service, the API Terms and the AI Acceptable Use Policy.

Each tool is exhaustively tested for robustness and correctness before release, and every page is reviewed by a person. Testing reduces the likelihood of error; it does not eliminate it. Where an output will inform a consequential decision, verify it against an independent source and tell us about any discrepancy so it can be investigated.
