How Byt-Wyze uses AI, where it is applied and what human review is applied.
Byt-Wyze content and software is created with AI assistance. Every page published on this website has been personally reviewed and edited by a human before publication, and every tool offered on the platform has been exhaustively tested for robustness and correctness before release. AI is used as a drafting and engineering aid; editorial and engineering responsibility rests with Byt-Wyze.
Where you interact directly with an AI system (for example a conversational analyst or chat interface) this is disclosed on screen before or at the point of interaction. You are never led to believe you are speaking with a human being.
Our models are deterministic or explicitly parameterised wherever possible, so that a result can be traced back to its inputs and assumptions. Calibration parameters for the policy-modelling suite are auditable, and API responses record the parameters used. Where a model cannot be made fully explainable, we say so on the relevant product page.
No system of this kind is free of limitation. Known limitations include sensitivity to input data quality, the reliance of policy models on published elasticity estimates, and the fact that verification results are statements about the evidence supplied rather than about the world. We publish limitations alongside the relevant tool rather than burying them here.

- Outputs are probabilistic. Scores, intervals and confidence measures describe uncertainty; they are not guarantees.
- Outputs are decision support. They inform professional judgement; they do not replace it.
