How Byt-Wyze collects, uses and protects personal data.

We do not collect special-category data, and we do not sell personal data. We do not use customer inputs or outputs to train models.

Some processors operate outside the UK and EEA. Such transfers are made under an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, supported by a transfer risk assessment.

The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

We will post updates on this page and revise the "last updated" date. Material changes affecting active customers will be notified directly.
