The terms governing use of the Byt-Wyze website and services.

These terms govern your use of the Byt-Wyze website, products, dashboards and APIs (the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a product or calling an API you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Byt-Wyze provides decision-intelligence tools. Outputs are analytical, probabilistic or model-based estimates produced from the inputs supplied and the assumptions stated. They are intended to inform a human decision and are not financial, investment, legal, medical or professional advice. You remain responsible for any decision you take.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the Services and to maintain security, quota and billing records. We do not use customer inputs or outputs to train models, and we do not sell them. You confirm you have the rights necessary to submit the data you supply.

The Acceptable Use Policy and AI Acceptable Use Policy set out prohibited conduct in full. In summary, you must not misuse, attack, reverse engineer, resell or unlawfully exploit the Services, nor use them to make consequential automated decisions about individuals without meaningful human oversight.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, where your use threatens the security or stability of the Services, or where required by law. On termination, licences granted to you end, and provisions on ownership, liability, indemnity and governing law survive.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials and API keys secure.
  • Accounts and keys must not be shared between individuals or organisations.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to hold an account.
  • Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
  • Website and documentation: a licence to view and use the site for its intended purpose.
  • Purchased prompts and templates: a personal or commercial use licence as stated at purchase, non-transferable and non-sublicensable.
  • APIs and dashboards: a limited, revocable licence to use the Service within your quota, as set out in the API Terms.
  • No licence transfers ownership of our software, models, parameters, datasets or branding.
